I was disappointed to learn of your firm’s recent rollback of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. There are many studies which show how DEI initiatives are not just a component of social responsibility; diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace practices have a positive impact on market share, revenue, employee retention, employee engagement, and productivity of leadership.
